The Process

  •  Peer Mentor candidates & participants are identified by clinicians or NKFH
  • Candidates & participants complete applications & submit to NKFH
  • NKFH reviews forms, trains, mentors and connects mentors & participants
  • NKFH receives regular updates to maintain program success
